A large old Broken hill specimen, with numerous little brown pyros on a bare matrix.  If you look at the crystals under magnification, you can see tiny haire-like projections, that are a second generation of pyromorphites.

A nice little miniature pargasite from the Hunza Valley.  This locality stopped producing shortly after the large earthquake that shook the region (though whether the two events are related I am not certain.)  When I visited Pakistan in 2006, I was only able to find a few low quality pieces.   I purchased this one way back in 2001, and recently rediscovered it in a mixed flat

A vug of mimetite on limonite, from the now scarce 2003 find.  The crystals do not have the best luster, but its rich and very good for the price.

A globular cluster of the rare hubeite from Daye.  This was a trim off of an inesite specimen, but I felt that it was a sufficient representative of hubeite to at least be put in the clearance section.

A small, colorless euclase crystal mounted on what appears to be a section of lollipop stick.  The crystal is quite gemmy, however surface striations make this difficult to see.

A cabinet fluorite stalactite from the recent find at Minggang.  Although the color is not the best, the form is very interesting, and is one of the few complete stalactites (as opposed to layers) that I have seen from the find.

A thumbnail specimen from the famous libethenite find at the Rokana mine, made some years back.  This find produced some of the world's best libethenite.  The crystal seems to have formed in a fissure, and was subsequently removed.

A large chunk of gem rough, being sold quite cheaply.  This thing could cut a number of good colored stones.  Although it is difficult to see the gaminess in the photographs, in person this thing is like a chunk of glass.

An exceptional specimen for the species, from a find made around 3 years ago.  No more has been found since.  Under the intense lighting conditions used to take the photograph, some of the usually hidden redness of the metastibnite became visible.
