How to Order

You want to order a specimen, so what next?  First, as with most other websites, take down the item's stock number, which usually comes right before the species description of the specimen (i.e. YZ24, Wulfenite, Red Cloud Mine, Arizona).  The stock number would be YZ24.  Next, just send me an e-mail at ijameel@khyberminerals.com

PLEASE DO NOT SEND PAYMENT PRIOR TO CONTACTING ME AND RECEIVING A CONFIRMATION!

DOMESTIC ORDERS: Be sure to include your name, address, and phone number, along with any special instructions you may have for shipping the item.  You can pay through PayPal, with a money order, or a personal/cashier's check.  Specimens will usually be shipped within 48 hours of receipt of a money order or PayPal payment, and within 48 hours of the clearing of a check (which usually takes 10 days).

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: International customers can pay through PayPal, or Western Union.  Sorry, no bank transfers. 

Reserving Specimens

To reserve a specimen, just send me an e-mail with the stock number and description telling me that you want to reserve it, and I'll hold it for up to 10 days, after which it will be available to other customers again.

Shipping

DOMESTIC SHIPPING: Packages sent within the US are sent through USPS, as insured Priority Mail, unless otherwise specified.  Most shipments will cost about $5-15; however, for larger specimens, shipping may cost more.  Other services, such as  FedEx are used at additional cost to the buyer (the actual cost, I'm not trying to make a profit off of shipping).

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:  Packages to our international customers are shipped through USPS Priority International or Air Mair.  I do recommend; however, that international customers pay a little extra and request the use of FedEx, or DHL.

Returns

If you are not happy with your order, you have 7 days from the time you receive it to just send it back, so long as it is in its original condition, meaning you haven't trimmed it, broken it, etc.    You'll get all you money back, but not shipping and insurance.  There are no restocking fees, or any of those annoying hidden costs.
