JPL15 "Mohawkite"
Ahmeek, Keenaw Co., Michigan, United
States
4.3x
3.9x 2.3 cm
$85
Mohawkite is not really a
mineral, but rather a mixture of copper, algodonite, and domeykite, the
latter two being rare copper arsenides.
This specimen has been
polished on one side to reveal a reddish color, and a brilliant luster.
This nugget is larger than most.
